Cap Fulfillment: How We’re Handling Orders

 

We’re excited to bring our truck cap to market and appreciate everyone’s patience while we’ve worked on getting into production. Over the past few years, we’ve seen considerable interest in The Cap and want to make sure we provide a fair and structured experience as we start delivering our products to customers this June.

How We’re Prioritizing Orders:

Since launching Space Campers, we’ve had two groups of customers:

  • Deposit holders for The Wedge — Our earliest customers who placed a paid deposit with us for our pop-up camper.
  • Members of The Cap waitlist — Anyone who joined our email list for The Cap with no money down.

As we had originally planned to launch our wedge camper before The Cap, we’ll be making sure to prioritize Wedge reservation holders who would like to transfer their deposit to a truck cap. We want to make sure our earliest customers have the opportunity to receive our first products.

For anyone interested in a truck cap, the next step is to fill out our “Cap Fulfillment Form” linked here. This form helps us plan for our first production run, but you’ll have the flexibility to adjust order details later.

For those who placed a deposit for The Wedge or joined our Cap waitlist early, you’ll need to complete this form by March 21st to maintain your priority fulfillment status. If you’re just finding Space Campers for the first time, we’re happy to have you here. Fill out our form and we’ll be getting to your order as soon as possible. 

After submissions are reviewed, we’ll be reaching out in order of queue placement with fulfillment dates. If the provided date works for you, we’ll finalize your order.

As we move through the list, we’ll start providing firm delivery timelines for those further down the queue.

How Long Will This Take?

We’ll be narrowing down the list soon and reaching out in waves to confirm interest and finalize orders. Depending on your place in the queue, it may take a couple of months before you hear from us. We appreciate your patience as we refine our delivery list and work through everything as efficiently as possible.
