Refund Policy
Wedge
- Wedge reservations are refundable at any time.
Cap
- Each Cap is a custom-made product and all orders are considered final once the deposit is received.
- Deposits and payments for the Cap are non-refundable.
- Any Upgrades (Bed Lights, Custom Vinyl Wrap, Dual Wall Storage) added to the cap are also non-refundable.
Accessories
- Space Campers’ accessories are returnable in like-new condition provided the return is completed within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, unused, and undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- All returned accessories are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Buyer pays shipping unless there was an error made by Space Campers.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Space Campers Limited Warranty
Thank you for choosing Space Campers. Our goal is to make sure your Cybertruck adventures stay smooth and hassle-free.
Warranty coverage begins the date of installation or delivery of your Space Campers product. All warranties apply exclusively to the original retail purchaser.
Structure
- Space Campers warrants that the body will be free from any structural defects in material and workmanship for 2 years. The body includes the fiberglass structure below the color surface
Finish
- The gel coat is warranted against abnormal fading, peeling, flaking, cracking, or bubbling due to material or workmanship defects for a period of 2 years.
- Any wraps applied by Space Campers will be warranted against peeling or abnormal bubbling due to material or workmanship for a period of 2 years.
Components & Accessories
- Accessories, hatch, gas shocks, lights and all other hardware components are warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase.
- Glass breakage is not covered under warranty.
Non-Space Campers Products (Manufacturer Warranty Applies)
- We also sell third-party products that complement our lineup. Any warranties for these products will be honored according to the original manufacturer’s policies when purchased through Space Campers.
Delivery Inspection
- Products are considered free of cosmetic scratches and blemishes upon delivery. Any claims of cosmetic damage must be reported on delivery.
Warranty Remedies
If a product qualifies for warranty service, we will choose one of the following options:
- Repair or replace the defective item at no charge for parts or labor.
- If repair or replacement isn’t possible, we may offer a refund or store credit toward a new Space Campers product.
- You will be responsible for the cost of transportation of the warrantied product to and from the designated service location; and any cost, liability, loss or damage to or in connection with product resulting from such transportation.
Excluisions from Limited Warranty
- Accessories installed by anyone other than the factory
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading, material aging).
- Damage due to accidents, misuse, off-road driving, alterations, acid rain, airborne fallout (chemicals, tree sap, etc.), salt, road hazards, hail, wind storm, floods, and other natural disasters, lack of proper care and maintenance or normal wear and tear. Wear and abrasions on the truck bed rails and elsewhere where the cap contacts the truck is considered normal wear and tear, and is expected with the installation and use of any truck cap and is the sole responsibility of the owner.
- Modifications or repairs not performed or authorized by Space Campers.
- Overloading or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.
Electronics Warranty Exclusion
- Electronics included with or incorporated in our products are warranted solely by their original manufacturers. Space Campers does not provide any additional warranty coverage for electronic components beyond what is offered by the original manufacturer.
- For any electronic component failures or issues, customers may request repair or replacement through Space Campers, but additional costs may be incurred for such services. Alternatively, customers may contact the component manufacturer directly for warranty service, using the documentation provided with the component.
Limitations & Legal Notes
- Our liability is limited to the product itself. We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle, cargo, or any other property.
- This warranty replaces all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Some states may have additional consumer protection laws, which would take precedence over this warranty.
- This express limited warranty is the only warranty Space Campers provides for this product. Space Campers disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Preventative Maintenance
- While we offer a limited 2 year warranty, it is the responsibility of the owner to provide general maintenance to their products and to notify Space Campers of any finish defects in a timely fashion. Finish damage due to neglect is not covered under warranty.
- Check the tightness of the clamps holding your top monthly and tighten any that may have vibrated loose.
- Lubricate the hatch hinge every 3 months.
